Transcend has the new 2.5 inch SATA SSD drives with DRAM cache are presented and the new cache has a size of 64MB. These are the new SSD25D SSD hard drives with a new controller, which read up to 230MB per second and write speeds of up to 180MB per second and the disks are on a 3.0Gbps SATA II port on the PC or laptop.

The new SSD hard drives are in short for 240 € with 60GB memory and 440 € for 120GB storage space available in stores.
